Important: This agreement is a summary of the key terms governing your participation in the TKO Affiliate Program. By completing enrollment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms. TKO reserves the right to update this agreement with notice.
Eligibility & Enrollment
- Any individual 18 years or older may enroll as a TKO Affiliate.
- Non-Active Affiliates enroll for free and may participate in meetings but do not earn referral commissions.
- Active Affiliates pay a monthly fee of $10/mo or an annual fee of $179.98/yr (20% savings) to unlock commission eligibility.
- Enrollment is personal and non-transferable. One account per individual.
Commission Structure
- Active Affiliates earn $6.00 for each new Active Affiliate they refer who successfully enrolls and pays.
- Commissions are calculated on a 60/40 split of the referral fee — $6.00 to the referring affiliate, $4.00 retained by TKO.
- Commissions are recorded as "pending" until the referred member's payment clears.
- Non-Active Affiliates do not earn commissions regardless of referrals made.
- There is no cap on the number of referrals or total commissions an Active Affiliate may earn.
Payout Terms
- Payouts are processed via PayPal to the email address on file in your affiliate profile.
- You must provide a valid PayPal email address to receive payment.
- TKO reserves the right to hold payouts pending verification of referral legitimacy.
- Fraudulent referrals, self-referrals, or referrals made through deceptive means will result in commission forfeiture and account termination.
- Payout processing times may vary; TKO targets a 7-business-day processing window.
Code of Conduct
- Affiliates represent TKO in all promotional activities and must uphold the organization's values of integrity, purpose, and community.
- Spam, misleading advertising, or misrepresentation of TKO's programs is strictly prohibited.
- Affiliates may not make income guarantees or earnings claims on behalf of TKO.
- All promotional materials must be approved or provided by TKO, or clearly identified as personal opinion.
- Affiliates must not disparage TKO, its leadership, or its members in any public forum.
Termination & Cancellation
- Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time with written notice.
- Upon termination, pending commissions for verified referrals will be paid out; unverified commissions are forfeited.
- TKO reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account for violation of this agreement without prior notice.
- Cancellation of an Active Affiliate subscription downgrades the account to Non-Active status; commissions cease from the cancellation date forward.
Changes to This Agreement
- TKO may update the terms of this agreement at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email.
- Continued participation in the affiliate program after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
- If you do not agree to updated terms, you must notify TKO and cease affiliate activity.
