Location: Remote-first (North America & Europe preferred) · Team: Product · Level: Senior IC

Product manager collaborating with engineering and design

You’ll partner closely with design, engineering, and go-to-market to define and ship high-impact work.

What you’ll own

As Senior Product Manager, you’ll guide our collaboration platform from strategy through execution, working cross-functionally to deliver value to customers and the business.

  • Define and communicate a compelling product vision and roadmap.
  • Partner with design and engineering to ship high-quality features on time.
  • Synthesize customer research, analytics, and feedback into clear priorities.
  • Collaborate with GTM teams on launches, positioning, and adoption.
  • Continuously iterate on the product based on impact and learning.

Day-to-day

You’ll spend your time with customers, teammates, and data—clarifying the next most important problem to solve and ensuring the team has everything needed to move fast with confidence.

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience owning a complex surface area end-to-end.
  • Strong discovery skills and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Collaborative mindset and low-ego problem-solving.

Bonus skills

  • Background in collaboration or productivity products.
  • Experience working with distributed or remote teams.
  • Comfort with analytics and experimentation frameworks.

If you’re not sure you meet 100% of the requirements, we still encourage you to apply.

Compensation & benefits

We offer competitive, market-aligned compensation tailored to your experience and location, along with meaningful equity. During the process, we’ll share a clear range and how we arrived at it.

  • Comprehensive health coverage (where available).
  • Flexible PTO with company-wide recharge days.
  • Home office stipend & high-quality equipment.
  • Parental leave and caregiver support.
  • Annual learning & development budget.

What success looks like in 12 months

  • You’ve shipped multiple impactful product improvements that have clear customer and business impact.
  • You’ve built deep relationships with design, engineering, and GTM partners—and they trust your judgment.
  • You’ve established a clear roadmap grounded in insights, not opinions.
  • Key product metrics are trending in the right direction with a strong experimentation culture in place.

If this sounds like the kind of challenge you’re excited about, we’d love to hear from you.
